VIBRO-ENERGY®
- the originally patented three dimensional vibratory / gyratory action is still the most efficient form of vibratory motion available today, leading to consistently higher throughputs per mesh area.

The Compact Through-Flow Separator

 

Ideal for high volume wet and dry scalping operations in minimum headroom or vessel top locations.

The machine is powered by twin outboard heavy duty vibro motors and gives an unobstructed vertical product 
flow directly through the centre of the unit with oversize materials being ejected from a side spout.

  • Mesh aperture typical range: 0.025 - 50.0mm.

  • Ideal for vertical gravity flow or vacuum/pressure transfer lines.

  • Easy change screens with quick release clamps / minimum downtime.

  • A conical outlet pipe is situated directly below the screen mesh - ideal for high volume / high velocity liquids.

  • Available as multi deck units with diameters up to 1524 mm.

  • Contact parts in stainless steel as standard, other materials available on request.

LINEAR SCREEN SEPARATORS

of solids and liquids

Model shown is 3.7 m long x 1.9 m wide with two decks - three outlets in 316L stainless steel Twin contra-rotating vibratory motors provide an adjustable directional screening action. Resonant steel springs having a low damping coefficient and high rebound rate provide the most efficient transmission of the vibratory forces, resulting in faster mesh coverage with greater through-put rates and low power consumption compared to rubber mounted systems

WASTE TREATMENT


Designed primarily for solids removal from liquids or waste water
at particle size range 45 microns and greater.

 

Dual Screen Vibro-Energy Separators provide almost double the throughput rate with no increase in diameter. The separator is fitted with two decks each having the same mesh apertures acting as a single filter unit. Material cascades from the periphery of the top mesh and is directed onto the centre of the bottom mesh, liquids or fines passing through the top mesh are ejected before reaching the bottom mesh and join the liquids/fines outlet from the bottom mesh.
